Silk Road Ark, Belt and Road Forum was held on 27^th Nov, 2018 in Beijing. This forum was organized with the theme of “Analysis of 2018 and the trend of 2019”, and invited many famous Chinese and foreign participants to participate. Hon. Massimo D’Alema, the former prime minister of Italy, honorary chairman of the Silk Road Cities Alliance, was invited to make a keynote speech for the forum.
