Foundry Ferrous Castings NDT X-ray Radioscope Equipment in Sri Lanka
X-Ray shielded cabinet complies with the strictest international regulations for fully shielded radiation devices. The cabinet is completely self-contained. Manufactured in steel with complete lead shielding.
Equipped with X-Ray sources from 160kV or Micro – focus sources up to 150kV .
Equipped with Digital Flat Panel Detector (different sizes and resolution available).
Cabinet designed with a double sliding door for casting loading with a lead/glass inspection window.
Loading door equipped with safety light curtains.
High speed door movements controlled by inverter.
Electronic safety circuits controlled by multifunction controller
Blinking X-ray on warning lights interlaced with light fail circuit.
1. Catch tool car can be completely out of the protective lead room, easy up and down lifting.
2. X-Ray tube can be extended into the detected parts, single / double check through the material everywhere.
3. Drive motor frequency control, unlimited speed control.
4. Lead door with anti-folder function and chain protection, protection equipment and staff.
5. Voltage regulator, isolation, filtering, grounding and other protective functions are complete.
6. Set aside industrial cloud interface, data and pictures in real time upload, with traceability and large data analysis function (optional).
