Flaw Sample 1：Crack
The cracks are mainly caused by the improper structure design and unqualified production process.
There're tow cracking types: Casting crack and Heat treatment crack.
The light color mark as showing on the X-Ray image is the crack.
Flaw Sample 2：Porosity/Void
The Void/Porosity are mainly caused by the failure ventilation on the die casting processing.
The surface Void/Porosity can be found by blast cleaning. But it only has to be found the internal Voids/Porosity through X-Ray.
The most flaws in the Aluminum die castings are Void/Porosity.
Flaw Sample 3：Shrinkage
The Shrinkage are mainly caused by the improper structure design.
And the shrinkage flaws are often visible on the joints in inner runners, the thick part of the feeder and the large thickness areas.
The serious flaws are showing with filiform image and the light flaws are showing with light color smoke image.
Flaw Sample 4：Scab
The scab are mainly caused by the impurity raw materials or there're
other materials mixed in the raw materials.
They're often on the upper surface of the aluminum die casting parts and the in-ventilation parts.
The scab are showing with dark block on the X-Ray image.
